1. Contest Cancellation by Users

Pre-Contest Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your participation in a contest before it begins, you may do so within the specified time frame indicated on the contest details page. Upon successful cancellation, any entry fees paid will be refunded to your account balance.

Post-Contest Start: Once a contest has started, cancellations are not permitted. Entry fees are non-refundable after the contest has begun, as the outcome is determined by the performance of players in real-life events.

2. Contest Cancellation by Avitorapp

Insufficient Participants: If a contest does not meet the minimum required number of participants, Avitorapp reserves the right to cancel the contest. In such cases, all entry fees will be fully refunded to the participants.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues, server problems, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the contest from being conducted fairly, Avitorapp may cancel the contest. Participants will be notified, and entry fees will be refunded.

Violation of Rules: If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Policy or any other rules by participants, refunds may not be issued to those involved in the violation.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds: Refunds are generally processed for the following reasons:

  • Cancellation of a contest by Avitorapp.
  • User-initiated cancellations before the contest begins.
  • Errors in billing or payments.

Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your Avitorapp account balance. From there, you can use the balance for future contest entries or request a withdrawal according to our standard withdrawal procedures.

Non-Refundable Situations: The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • User disqualification from a contest due to violation of rules.
  • Losses incurred during gameplay based on the performance of selected players.
  • Any requests made after the contest has started or completed.

4. Withdrawal of Account Balance

Withdrawal Requests: Users can request to withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount as specified on our platform. Withdrawals will be processed to the payment method linked to your account.
